Bike Pump track

Purpose built top spec pump track/ tracks built on west park.
Would not encroach a great deal on open space.
There could be scope for bike shop for rentals, repairs sales etc which would give an opportunity for new local businesses.
I would also relocate the skate park here from the esplanade, building a really decent park which the esplanade is not, again there could be opportunities for local businesses, by expanding the use of this whole area- make the outdoor table tennis more prominent, add outdoor chess boards. This would attract families with older children and also give a wholesome activity space to our teens.
